As Vice President of Practice Transformation, Shariff De Los Santos serves as a consultant to ACP project managers, coordinates project activities, and develops, recommends, and implements initiatives to ensure provider satisfaction and performance improvement in order to achieve DSRIP goals.
A native of the Dominican Republic, Mr. De Los Santos graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) with a degree as a medical doctor. Shariff spent three years as a general practitioner in the Dominican Republic before moving to the United States.
At ACP, Shariff worked as the Cardiovascular Project Manager for almost two years before being promoted to Director of the Project Management Office. Besides his medicial degree, Shariff holds certifications in Essentials of Project Management and Mastering in Healthcare Project Management from Villanova University.
