Misael Guerra is responsible for ACP's Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), a care model that focuses on transforming primary care practices into medical homes. PCHM is fundamental to the transition to value-based payments.
Mr. Guerra has extensive experience working directly with providers, as well as in sales, and training and consulting in the financial services, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries. He holds a Group 1 Health Insurance License, as well as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) Series 7, 66, and 24, and has served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is a Bronx native with Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona, and a Master’s in Business from Webster University.
