Alexandro Damiron is responsible for ACP's business development and organizational design, including staffing, team building, and performance assessment. Mr. Damiron is responsible for the initial review of vendor contracts. He reports to the Board of Directors and the CEO.
A native of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Damiron has been recognized by the minority health care community as an emerging leader in the field of health care for the State of New York. Mr. Damiron specializes in implementing and managing new initiatives that support the education and progress of minority community physicians, including business development, team building, communications, customer service, and performance management programs. In addition, Mr. Damiron takes pride in his ability to establish strategic communication between primary care physicians and multi-cultural/multi-lingual patients, such as those in New York City. He earned a B.A. and an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University - Miami, Florida.
